PAME IS LOCAL
Pame was born in the outskirts of Pokhara City. While this lakeside area has been known for it’s beautiful lake and mountains. Now it is also known as a junction for open-aair cinema. Unlike other festivals, Pame has and never will be where the film crowd is but it will exist among people less exposed to the art of cinemaa and film culture.
FILLING THE VOID
People can join and participate in any way they want or just enjoy the curated films under the open sky, in the bank of Pame with their friends. It is an experience through which we are promoting the movie watching culture making international cinema more accessible.
